Step-2 After successful registration login with your registered ID.
Step-3 After login click on "Apply for Fresh Passport/Re-issue of Passport" a form will be opened, Fill the form and click submit.
Step-4 Now in the View/Saved Application Screen click on the "Pay and Schedule Appointment" link, And schedule an appointment.
Step-5 It has been made mandatry to do online payment in all the passport offices, You can make payment through Credit/Debit Card, SBI Challan, Internet Banking (SBI Only).
Step-6 After successful payment click on "Print Application Recipt" which contains application reference number/Appointment number.
Step-7 Now you have to go to Passport Seva Kendra (PSK)/Regional Passport Office (RPO) where you have booked appointment along with all the necessary original documents.

- It is important to know that only Medical/Emergency cases and pre-approved categories are allowed to visit Passport Seva Kendra without appointment. Service will be provided at the discretion of Passport Seva Kendra in-charge/Passport Officer.
- Carry the recent passport size photograph (4.5 X 3.5 cm) with white background In case when applicants are minor (below 4 years of age)
- If applicant does not visit at Passport Seva Kendra within 90 days of Application Submission he will have to resubmit application form.
