• Then you need to put your registered email address or id
• If at the time of registration you are not registered any email id then you can fill the mobile number which is registered
• After filling mobile number you need to fill your area pincode which you are registered at the time of registration
• Now select your Village / Town / City 
• After that select your main category and category and type the code of the image in below box
  
• In remark box type your problem which you want to complain
• After editing all the necessary detail the you are done all the process to complain click on the submit button to complain
• You will get case id in your mobile no or email id this case id helps you to check your complaint status.
